(1) The organization that has received the license must arrange the infrastructure as specified to operate the business according to the license within one hundred and eighty days from the date of receiving the license. But the infrastructure required for the operation of the warehouse will be as specified by the board.
(2) If the infrastructure cannot be arranged within the period as per sub-section (1), the board may extend it up to a maximum of ninety days if an additional period is requested.
(3) A licensed organization cannot conduct business without providing infrastructure in accordance with this section.
(4) If the infrastructure is not arranged within the period added as per sub-section (2), the license of such organization will be revoked as per sub-section (1) of section 35.
